New batch on 1st day of every month Eligibility: No prior Ayurvedic knowledge required. Class/ session timings: 4 hours daily
This program enables you to:
- Understand the Basic Principles of Ayurveda.
- Perform Body constitution examination
- Determine appropriate massage therapies for common health concerns and knowledge of common massage oils and herbs.
- Perform various Ayurvedic Panchakarma & Kerala Traditional Therapies.
- Therapies (Theory & Practical sessions): Abhyangam, Swedanam, Patra Potali Swedan (Elakizhi), Churna Pinda Sweda (Podikizhi), Shashtika Pinda Sweda (Navara Kizhi), Sneha Vasti (Anuvasana/ Matra), Kashaya Vasti (Niruha Vasti), Nasyam,, Janu Vasti, Kati Vasti, Netra Tarpanam, Shirodhara, Takra Dhara, Sarvanga Dhara, Ksheera Dhara, Udvartanam etc.
2.
